Accountant / Assistant Accountant, IT and Accounting

Our Client is a financial institution that serves approximately 30 million customers across 10 markets, we are now looking for a high-calibre persons to fill the position.

Manage the settlement and payment of accounts receivable.
Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding payment input issues.
Assist in conducting internal and external data reviews.
Provide onboarding training and work guidance for new employees.
Understand the working principles of Oracle and SQL, and offer technical support for data integration between new and old systems.
Monitor the operation of the new system, propose modifications, and write error reports based on IT application knowledge.
Write reports and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate communication between IT, Finance, and developers, using IT and finance languages separately.
Oversee and maintain internet usage conditions in mainland China and Hong Kong.

Bachelor Degree of Accounting or IT related disciplines.
Proven experience in IT and accounting fields.
Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with internet usage conditions in mainland China and Hong Kong is a plus.
