Our client, a Leading Listed Group is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Carry out personal secretarial support to Executive
Responsible for meeting and conference arrangement, preparing meeting agendas / business correspondence and filing, handling general enquiries from internal and external clients
Assist in event planning, coordination of guest meeting and social functions

University degree holder in Business or related discipline
Experience in serving top management with Property / Real Estate Sector is a MUST
Stable job history in personal secretarial experience with good team work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with initiative, self-motivated and proactively managed
Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
