Secretary / Legal Secretary (Ref. No.: 27781)

Our client, a Semi-Government Body, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

Provide administrative support for daily operations of the department
Provide secretarial services to Director
Assist in organizing meeting
Prepare presentation materials, reports, correspondences and other documentation
Maintain filing system and manage documents
Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time

工作要求

Degree Holder in any discipline
At least 5 years of secretarial or related experience, preferably from financial services institution or MNC
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
A team player who is proactive, organized and attentive to details and willing to learn
Good organizational and time management skills
Legal Secretary experience is preferable but not a must.
