Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Chinese bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Manage a team of company drivers and arranging roaster
Company events management and catering arrangement
Develop and execute the procurement strategy and operations process for the bank including but not limited to office equipment, stationary & supplies, uniforms, etc. (except IT & digital items)
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Liaise with internal and external parties such as vendors, suppliers and Departmental Secretaries
Support on General Office administration tasks such as petty cash management, insurance, fixed assets, equipment and supplies’ management and maintenance
Handle ad hoc projects

Diploma or above
At least 6 years of office administration experience in sizable company, preferred with experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A good team player and able to dealing with different levels of people
Detail oriented and well organized
Good command of both Spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
