Administration Manager (HK$40K - $50K) (Ref. No.: 27457)

Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Take overall project management lead in the office renovation and relocation projects from planning to execution
  • Partner with contractors, suppliers and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement workplace design standard and guidelines
  • Supervise budget, vendor management, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience in large-scale workplace renovation project management
  • Working experience in insurance, banking & finance industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and leading projects from concept to completion
  • Mature, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Strong budgeting, leadership and negotiation skills, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
