Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

System Analyst (Banking Corporation)

Involve in programming works on internal systems
Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions
Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation and detailed design work
Participate in system development and System Integration Test (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testings (UAT)
Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables

Analyst Programmer

System Support: Provide reliable application support to core departmental systems, internal platforms, web applications, and mobile apps.
Testing & QA: Conduct System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Emergency Support: Provide on-call support after office hours when required.

Business Analyst (Banking / Listed corp)

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Facilitate and conduct user requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and recommend best-practice solutions.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between business users and technical developers to ensure requirements are clearly defined and accurately implemented.
Technical Translation: Translate business and user requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Testing Support: Provide comprehensive support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Training Delivery: Prepare user manuals / training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior Business Analysts to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality deliverables.

System Analyst (Banking Corporation)

Bachelor Degree in IT related disciplines
Good experiences in Web Developer OR Java, J2EE, Java Framework
Exposure on Database such as Oracle, My SQL
Knowledge or exposure on CLOUD platform, RESTful API, Spring Boot would be great but not a must
Domain knowledge exposure on Treasury, Corporate Banking, Investment products would be good but not a must
Less experiences can apply as Analyst Programmer / Junior Programmer; Fresh graduates welcome
Self-initiated, hardworking

Analyst Programmer

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
Good experience in Java / JavaScript / SQL
- Solid post-qualification IT experience.
- Proven track record in a similar capacity / role.

Business Analyst (Banking / Listed corp)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Senior Business Analyst: 10+ years of solid IT or banking industry experience.
- Business Analyst: 3+ years of relevant experience.
Core Skills: Proven track record in leading meetings, gathering requirements, collaborating on solutions, and resolving project issues.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in Corporate Banking / Financial Market / FX / Algo related will be advantageous
Attributes: Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality, accurate work.
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
