工作职责
- Provide personalized and attentive service to all customers, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend products that align with their desires.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
工作要求
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail or a high-end customer service role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
