Administration Manager - BANK (HK$35K - $45K) (Ref. No.: 26204)

Our client, a Chinese bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

  • Manage a team of company drivers and arranging roaster
  • Company events management and catering arrangement
  • Develop and execute the procurement strategy and operations process for the bank including but not limited to office equipment, stationary & supplies, uniforms, etc. (except IT & digital items)
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Liaise with internal and external parties such as vendors, suppliers and Departmental Secretaries
  • Support on General Office administration tasks such as petty cash management, insurance, fixed assets, equipment and supplies’ management and maintenance
  • Handle ad hoc projects

工作要求

  • Diploma or above
  •  At least 6 years of office administration experience in sizable company, preferred with experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player and able to dealing with different levels of people
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Good command of both Spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
