Assistant Branch Operations Manager (Checker Role) (HK$28K – HK$33K)
Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Supervise, monitor and check the daily counter transactions and operations of the branch to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Coach and supervise counter services associates to ensure provide quality customer services
- Serve as the communication channel between the branch and other functional units
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above with at least 2 years of relevant banking experience
- Sound knowledge of banking branch operations and related policies
- Detail-oriented and with strong communication skill
- Passes in HKSI 1, 7, 8
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
